What Do I Need To Get Started?
To participate in the RELOAD Advisor program, you just need a mortgage loan originator’s license.
The license satisfies RESPA compliance so you can be paid for mortgage referrals.
Mortgage originator courses usually take about 20 hours. You’ll take more than that this year in CE hours for your real estate license.

How do I join?!
- Fill out a contact form!
- Take an NMLS-accredited MLO course – ask us for course recommendations!
- Take – and pass! – the NMLS SAFE Exam with Uniform State Component (if applicable).
- Let us know when the NMLS grants your license!
- Add Modus Mortgage as a sponsor in the NMLS and complete your onboarding paperwork.
- Go do what you do so well as an agent – and refer clients to us for quotes and pre-approvals!
