After several years in the mortgage and real estate industries, Mr. Kelly knew there was a better way to integrate home loans into the home buying and selling experience. He understood that there was significant “buying power” in a lower interest rate. He also knew traditional lenders were taking too much money. Both buyers and sellers could benefit from a better lending structure. He began a small home loans business in 2007 and has developed it into what it is today.
