I started in Quality Control reviewing Mortgage loans before they were sold to Investors. Once out of college, I was promoted to Loan Processing/Closing where I worked side by side with the Underwriters. Helped me understand the processes and differences in loan programs and guidelines. Out of 33 branches, I processed and closed loans for 17 of them. When I’m not at work I loke doing anything outdoors. I grew up on a lake. Swimming, beaches, barbequing, enjoying the sunshine. Spend time with my children and their activities. I also love gardening. Some of my most peaceful moments is working in my yard. Before Modus I was an Executive Assistant in the hospitality industry along with Management positions. My favorite part of the job is helping people. Helping them achieve one of the biggest purchases of their lifetime along with checking it off their bucket list. That excitement they get when you Congratulate them that their loan is Clear to Close and they know they will hold the keys to their home within days.
